Can you get it...?
Special orders are part of our everyday life. We carry signs, for example, and are often asked if we have one that says something specific. ‘No, but we can get it for you’ is most often our reply. ‘Are there earrings to match a particular necklace?’ ‘No, but let me make a phone call and see what we can do to get some made.’ The point is that we are always happy to go out of our way to accommodate a customer’s request, whether a different size in jeans or a specific style of bookshelf, we’ll try.
How often do you get in new product?
Pretty much daily.
Where do you find your products?
We have some tremendously talented local artists and designers who produce some of our jewelry and home accents. We also work with showrooms across the United States to carry some of the hottest designer labels in clothing. We travel out of the state frequently to attend estate sales or antique markets to find really rare furniture pieces and vintage home décor. As Shelle says, “I leave no stone unturned” when it comes to finding great product for the store.
